Meng Pork Feet

Meng Pork Feet is one of the local famous dish in Jinan, Shandong Province. Its history can be traced back to the early twentieth century in China, which originated from the restaurant named "Wensheng Yuan” on the southwest side of the Five Dragon Pool Park in Jinan.

The specialty of the restaurant (Wensheng Yuan) is Meng Pork Feet and also known as "pork trotters stewed in a pot". From 1981, "pork trotters stewed in a pot" have been consistently adapted and eventually evolved into Meng Pork Feet.

Meng Pork Feet have a smooth and soft taste, alluring color, and are fatty but not greasy. It is very popular among locals and tourists and is a traditional food suitable for young and old.
