Arxan's autumn healing is found along the quiet, winding Oxygen Heart Forest Walk. All you need to do is slow down and venture deep into the forest, where layer upon layer of trees have turned to gold. Wander slowly beneath the golden light, listen to the rustle of falling leaves, and breathe in the fresh forest air—and in the slow hours of the mountain wilds, you'll find the calm and healing that only autumn woods can give.
The entire trail runs seven kilometers. Walking slowly through the larch forest, you'll cross three different types of paths, each with a completely different feel underfoot.

Volcanic Stone Trail
The 200-meter Volcanic Stone Trail offers a light, soothing walking experience. The path is laid with natural volcanic rocks in staggered stepping stones and mosaic patterns. The rough, natural texture of the stone fits the wildness of the forest, and grass grows quietly in the cracks between them—full of untamed charm. In just this short stretch, you begin to feel the tension of body and mind ease away.

Railroad Tie Trail
The 400-meter Railroad Tie Trail is built from old, repurposed railroad ties—280 steps winding through the woods, rustic and solid. Underfoot, the wood feels steadier than volcanic stone. Look up, and you see layer upon layer of autumn forest; look down, and you see the old marks in the grain of the wood. Amid the natural scenery, you sense the passage of time, and the forest journey gains a warmer, deeper character.

Pine Needle Wellness Trail
As the core experience of the entire forest walk, the 2,930-meter Pine Needle Trail is covered with layer upon layer of fallen larch needles. Soft and gentle underfoot, the touch is deeply soothing. Autumn sunlight filters through the branches, scattering dappled gold across the ground; when the wind passes, the fallen leaves whisper. Negative oxygen ions fill the air around you—an immersive deep cleansing for lungs and mind.

With every step revealing a new view, you can leave the noise of the city behind and feel the purest wellness and ease of the Greater Khingan Range's autumn forest.
