Stir Fried Tofu Rolls Stuffed with Minced Tenderloin is a famous dish in Zhejiang Province. Minced meat is rolled into thin slices of firm tofu while later the rolls are cut into pieces and fried. The dish is mouth-watering and has a golden color. It was recognized as one of the 36 Hangzhou Famous dishes in 1956.

The tofu slices are a local specialty from Sixiang, Dongwushan Village in Fuyang, Hangzhou. They have more than 1,000 years of history and are made with high quality soybeans and water using 18 complex processing techniques. The tofu slices are oily, soft and pliable and are as thin as paper.
