Baogong Garden used to be the Baohe River Park located south to the original first ring road of Hefei. The garden consists of the Memorial Hall of Baogong, the Tomb of Baogong, Qingfeng Building, and Floating Village. The garden displays authoritative and detailed historic documents, relics, and a statue of the Governor of Kaifeng Prefecture of the Song dynasty, who was born and raised in Hefei. He loved his people, was upright and uncorrupt, defied the influence of power, and upheld justice with selflessness.

The garden is in a solemn atmosphere and beautiful environment and many boats can be found cruising on the lake. Along the coast of the lake, willows and trees are a brilliant green. It is a great place for people to honor a great man and enjoy sightseeing.
