FinishThe Nanchang August 1st Uprising Memorial Hall was established in 1956 and was officially open to the public on October 1st of the same year. In 1961, it was listed by the State Council as one of the first Key Culture Protection Sites, including 5 revolutionary – command center sites, the command centers of He Long and Ye Ting, the military officer training site of Zhu De, and the residence of Zhu De. Besides exhibitions of pictures and objects, the offices and bedrooms of some communist party leaders, such as Zhou Enlai and Lin Boqu, were also reconstructed there. The memorial hall vividly represents the glorious history of the Nanchang Uprising.
